This is a very central hotel, close to new street station. The lobby, bars, and general communal areas in this hotel are very nice, done out to a great standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s great that there’s a swimming pool, which is rare in Birmingham city centre, it’s small but very nice with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Didn't have an evening meal but there was a wide choice of food and drink for breakfast. Two of the waiting staff were incredibly attentive, helpful and polite: Hossein and Tefayul. Will definitely stay at the hotel again.
Room wasn’t ready for when we checked in, we travelled back from London and just wanted to chill in the room and relax after a long weekend away. Considering I paid £400 for a Glasgow slots regency suite you’d expect it to be ready for the time you’ve paid for. Also I was told I’d get a phone call for when the room was ready and never received one I called the hotel at 630pm to be told then it was ready when check in is supposed to be at 3pm.

Went to the Broadway for the first time. We were made welcome and had an excellent meal in their restraint.The gaming area is spacious and there is plenty of seating to have a quiet drink away from the tables if you wish.There are also numerous slots with hundreds of games to choose from.
